I can't even begin to describe how great Susan was to work with! She was so thorough and detailed, and made every effort to uncover even the most hidden detail lurking around in my family history (and let me tell you, she found some neat things!!). She did every single thing she promised and delivered everything on time or early. If she needed more time, she told me, I was never left hanging.
